AEGON High Performance programme

The AEGON High Performance programme provides players with access to top-level training facilities through a network of LTA-supported High Performance Centres.

Team AEGON and AEGON FutureStars players are usually based at either the National Tennis Centre in London or one of these nationwide centres, where they’ll receive the specialist training and coaching they need to help them progress to the next level.

There are 20 High Performance Centres in the programme. These centres of excellence come in different shapes and sizes but they all meet minimum criteria to provide top-level training facilities and coaching, supported by sports science specialists.

Satellite clubs

Each of the centres also acts as a central hub, supporting a network of satellite clubs in its surrounding area. These satellite clubs focus primarily on skills development for emerging players, typically under the age of 12.
